    seance trout aren’t native to az its hard to find trout in the summer as they are stocked. the white mountains are the best places to catch trout year round. pine top/ show low. you can find more info @! http://www.azgfd.gov this is the official web site for game and fish

    I use to fish the White Mountains for Apache Green trout and rainbow trout. Apache Green trout is a native trout of Az., the rainbows are stocked several times in the fall and early Spring months. Here’s Arizona’s native trout information. Ihttp://www.gf.state.az.us/h_f/fish_apache_trout.shtml I use to fish the surrounding lakes and rivers around the Phoenix area some years back. The White mountains is one of the better spots for trout that I have found in that region. The Upper Verde was my hot spot for channel and huge flathead catfish. 40yr exp
