Skinny Dipping Okay?

My good guy friend and I went skinny dipping swimming in his pond. I wasn’t fully naked, I actually just took my top off.  I kept my bottoms on. We did not do anything ‘bad’, we just swam and messed around. We did kiss but it wasn’t anything real intense. While talking with my mom I mentioned what I did and she laughed and did not seem to really care that much. She said she missed her summers during high school. Today while hanging out with my girlfriends I told them about skinning dipping last night and they flipped out and started calling me a slut.  I don’t think skinning dipping is a big deal.  I am a high school junior / eleventh grade.  What do you guys think?

    I don’t see the big deal. I skinny dip in my pool and night skinny dipping with my bf is the best…..

    skinny dipping is not bad in any way. I swim naked with my girlfriends all the time and none of us feel weird about it

    Giirrrlll your fine. :) Your friends are probably just jealous because they don’t have anyone to go skinny dipping with. Skinny dipping is fun. :)

    I think skinny dipping is Fun!
    I do it every summer.
    As long as it doesnt turn into something else…
    My mother would definitely not act so cool about it.
    I think your friends are jealous that you got your chance to do something fun like that with a boy and well….they didnt lol.

    well ur a bit young, id deff wait till high school, but still i dont think ur a slut for it. if u did it all the time with a bunch of random guys then yes a slut. but just a good friend is fine if u were both fine with it. it would be a different story with a bf haha then it might turn into something. but i dont get y ur mom laughed… my mom would totally freak.. haha ur lucky for tht mom and u must be really close. but it does sound like fun. im 16, and i wouldnt mind doing tht with some of my guy friends. some i could never picture us doing tht. but i would with my ex (were still friends) haha ;)
    yea ur friends are probably just like jelous u had fun. and u just took ur top off not both. so idk what their problem is haha

    Skinny dipping isn’t bad. All my friends do it.

    My mom would flip though if I told her though..

    i don’t think it’s slutty per se, but it’s definitely not the most wholesome thing a teen girl can do. :)

    ermm.. first it was your mum who was ok with it and your friends flipped out? skinny dipping isnt really what i would do! its pintless unless you are drunk then the next day its embarrasing but hilarious!

    the only reason they started calling you a slut and "flipped out" was because they are too prude, immature, and jealous to do it themselves. lemme guess… your like 14? be careful skinny dipping tho because if you do get caught its considered indecent exposure and you’ll probably get fined for it. so keep your clothes on while in public.

    I don’t think it’s bad. but i wouldn’t think a kid your age would be doing that. also, if those girls are REALLY your friends they wouldn’t have called you names. hope this helps

    No, its really not that bad. I personally wouldn’t skinny dip, but that’s me. I don’t think your a s!ut, but I wouldn’t go around going oh I went skinny dipping with so and so. Also don’t just go and skinny dip with random guys, cause then I would probably call you a s!ut.

    Lol, that was an epic fail parent moment by your mum though. XD

    EDIT: Why with a good guy friend? No offense, but that’s kind of slutty :/ if it was your boyfriend, then it’d be a whole different story :o skinny dipping sounds fun but you made it sound……creepy..

    It’s not bad as long as you aren’t doing it around a bunch of people, but that’s my opinion. Of course you’ll get called a slut, you took your top off with a guy friend and kissed him, that does sound kind of a slutty thing to do. Doing sexual things will get you called names, don’t act innocent.

    What?! Skinny dipping is so much fun! Especially if you steal the guys clothes and run off with it before he can catch you. XD

    Don’t worry, they’re just jealous they don’t have the balls you have. Not much girls have the confidence to take off their clothes with a guy around and jump in a pond. =) And its amazing how you’re getting called a slut when other girls are out there laying around with anything that has two legs.
