can turtle lives with koi fish in back yard pond?

I hаνе a іn mу back yard. Now I wουld lіkе tο intrudue tο thе pond. Cаn аnd koi fish liver together іn thе same pond

    Depends on the turtle and the size of both the turtle and the fish. Turtles see fish as food. If he’s big enough he will attack your koi. Once he’s done removing their tails the fish is pretty much a goner. Also the turtle will need to surface and needs a place to completely come out of the pond to enjoy sunshine. Also, make sure the enclosure to your tank is a good one, turtles are actually good climbers.

    Tiny turtles in the pond will become Koi food.

    I would not do this whatever way you look at it. That doesn’t mean it can’t work in certain situations. Don’t forget turtles poo WAY more than Koi.

    If they are big turtles, they are likely to eat the koi, and then hit the road, looking for a pond that has fish in it. Turtles can easily clamber over any rock necklace barrier and their claws can just as easily shred a plastic or rubber pond liner, either where they climb out, or along the bottom where they dig in, and most likely they will do this in multiple places unless you have a concrete lined pond and even there they can do some cosmetic damage, leaving scratches.

    Some can,Some can’t!I have 2 Painted Turtles and an African side neck and their fine with my Koi.(but its a very big pond)
