How do I repair leak in fish pond liner?

I recently discovered a number of holes in my pond liner after draining the pond. I would consider replacing the pond liner but it is installed with concrete slabs tying down the top edge all around the pond. There seems to be more than a few holes so I am looking for a way to repair the pond liner without having to seal each hole individually.  Can I just add another pond liner placed on top of the one that is there?  Can I add this new liner and attach it to the existing liner without removing the concrete slabs holding down the existing pond liner?

    There is a patching tape assuming you have butyl rubber liner. You can also use tire patching material.

    It may be time for a renovation. UV and dry spots reek havoc on rubber liners. You may can just top the whole liner, but if all edges are under a concrete coping of sorts, the same would need to be done with the new. Hard to help perfectly without seeing, but hope this will help.

    They make a special glue that you can use to attach a patch over the holes.

    You do want to make sure the liner is still in good condition though. As someone else said, they just deteriorate over time and you may have to replace the whole liner.
