Outdoor hockey ponds wreck skates I play pond hockey with my friends on a backyard pond.  The ice is thick so it is safe but my dad told me playing hockey on the frozen pond will ruin my skates.  All my friends are playing, is my dad right?

Baby frogs outside of water, how long can they live?

Baby frog jumped out of water I am keeping some baby frogs in a bucket of pond water but one jumped out.  They still have a tail, four legs and can already jump.  How long can it live if it is around the garden with no water?  Any ideas on how to find it?
